Cancellations
50%-100% quoted fee
Cancelled appointments between 24-48 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% charge. If less than 24 hours notice given for cancellation, a full charge will be incurred.
Payment
Payment needs to be made before the appointment by BACS or payment link.
